The days are getting shorter, it's time again for the "Seasonal Affective Disorder", or more handy, "the Winter Blues". Most cases are easy to deal with: Essential is to have enough sunlight meeting the eyes. So take walks during the day, and apart from that, get fresh air, keep up your social life and continue your regular sport activities. Take the edge off and let the winter come!
